R4V Movements Report: First Quarter 2022
Analysis of data available on movements of Venezuelan refugees and migrants throughout the region from January to March of 2022, covering the 17 countries of the RMRP in Latin America and the Caribbean. Graphs, charts and maps show break-down of entries and exits and regular and irregular movements, including data from host governments as well as from border monitoring activities of R4V partners.

Monitoreo de Protección con refugiados y solicitantes de asilo de Venezuela en Panamá
El ACNUR llevó a cabo el monitoreo de protección (High Frequency Survey) entre el 21 de Octubre y el 31 de Diciembre de 2021. Del total de 358 hogares entrevistados, 25% eran de Venezuela, cubriendo un total de 249 personas venezolanas. El propósito de esta encuesta era conocer el perfil de la población refugiada en Panamá, así como también sus necesidades, vulnerabilidades y nivel de acceso a servicios y derechos.

R4V Situation Report - Caribbean - March 2022
Trinidad and Tobago, Aruba and the Dominican Republic hosted national launches for the 2022 Refugee and Migrant Response Plan. Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM) results were released for Trinidad and Tobago. Partners in the Dominican Republic continue to provide support to the Venezuelan population participating in the normalization plan.

Más de seis millones de personas refugiadas y migrantes han salido de Venezuela, con más de cinco millones acogidas por países la región. La pandemia de COVID-19 ha profundizado las desigualdades preexistentes y aumentado la vulnerabilidad de las personas refugiadas y migrantes en la sociedad. Los efectos en las condiciones de vida, seguridad, dignidad y salud de las personas refugiadas y migrantes de Venezuela y sus comunidades de acogida han sido dramáticos.

Flow Monitoring Surveys of Venezuelan Nationals in Guyana (DTM round 4) (September — December 2021)
For this exercise of data collection on Venezuelan migrants in Guyana, Snowballing was the elected method of obtaining a sample size, interviews were done in person by going house to house, visiting shelters, businesses where migrants work, locations where migrants frequent and small migrant communities. Regions one, two, three, four, seven and nine were visited by IOM-led enumerator teams, demographics of migrants interviewed were Venezuelans, Guyanese returnees and Indigenous Venezuelans. From September 1st to December 14th, 2021, a total of 1,363 respondents participated in the data collection activity. View and download publication from IOM
