El Procedimiento Operativo Estándar POE (SOP - por sus siglas en inglés), ha sido desarrollado para facilitar la acción conjunta de todos los actores en la prevención y respuesta a la violencia basada en género, VBG, para ello se requiere el establecimiento de un grupo de trabajo multisectorial que permita un enfoque de colaboración, multifuncional, interinstitucional y basado en la comunidad.

Rendición de Cuentas 2020-2022: Sector Regional de Protección
Durante los procesos de consulta con las organizaciones miembro y los sectores locales y nacionales se identificó la necesidad de generar procesos de rendición de cuentas periódicos que permitieran identificar los avances del Sector y los aspectos a mejorar. Con este objetivo los colíderes del Sector para los años 2020 y 2022 de ACNUR y HIAS desarrollaron un primer balance de su gestión incluyendo los aspectos programáticos, financieros y operativos; asi como las lecciones aprendidas y los retos a superar.

PERFILACIÓN DTM ENCUESTAS - REPORTE 18- TUMBES
En los meses de septiembre y octubre de 2022, en la frontera norte de Perú (Tumbes), la OIM observó mayores flujos de entradas que de salidas de población refugiada y migrante venezolana . De un total de 980 personas encuestadas, 698 estaban entrando al Perú y 282 estaban saliendo. A nivel internacional, el Departamento de Seguridad Nacional de EE. UU informó el 12 octubre sobre el nuevo proceso de control migratorio para personas venezolanas, indicando que quienes crucen la frontera de Estados Unidos con México estarán sujetas a las disposiciones de la Orden del Título 42. Adicionalmente, se ha desarrollado un nuevo programa de admisión humanitaria que permitirá la entrada a Estados Unidos para 24.000 personas venezolanas que cumplan con determinados requisitos impuestos por el Gobierno Americano. Tomando en cuenta estas medidas, durante el mes de septiembre hasta el 12 de octubre, se registró que un 41 por ciento de las salidas del país tenían como destino final los Estados Unidos o Centroamérica; sin embargo, estos porcentajes disminuyeron abruptamente a un 12 por ciento después de dicha fecha. Durante los meses de septiembre y octubre, los conteos observacionales que se realizan en la frontera norte del Perú con Ecuador (Tumbes), a través de la metodología Flow Monitoring Registry (FMR por sus siglas en ingles), han registrado diariamente, en promedio, 807 entradas y 485 salidas de población venezolana.

The countries of Latin America and the Caribbean face the largest exodus in their recent history. More than 7.1 million Venezuelans live outside their country of origin and close to 6 million reside in the region. In addition to its impact on the living conditions, security, dignity and health of refugees and migrants, the COVID-19 pandemic has deepened pre-existing inequalities and increased the suffering of the most vulnerable people in society. The region's growth forecast for this year will not be sufficient to ensure sustained expansion as the social impacts of the health crisis and the region's structural problems have worsened and will continue during this recovery phase.

Con la intención de comprender mejor el marco general de actuación del Transporte Humanitario, así como su definición, relevancia, áreas de intervención y tipos de actividades. Término de Referencia - Sector Regional Alojamiento
Actualización del Término de Referencia del Sector Regional de Alojamiento. Aprobado en reunión de colíderes nacionales y subregionales entre octubre y noviembre de 2023. La Plataforma Regional de Coordinación Interagencial reflejó en el Plan de Respuesta para Refugiados y Migrantes (RMRP) 2023-24 la estructura sectorial regional para la respuesta a la crisis humanitaria de la región de una manera individualizada para el Sector de Alojamiento, bajo el cual quedan las actividades de gestión y coordinación de alojamientos colectivos, acceso a alojamiento individual y desarrollo de infraestructura comunitaria con enfoque territorial; así como de artículos esenciales para el hogar/domésticos. Este sector regional se refleja en cada país, según sus capacidades, con un Término de Referencia diferenciado según las temáticas que aglutine, la de Alojamiento puede formar parte de un Multisector más amplio de Necesidades Básicas.
